A friend of mine ordered this dress for her wedding in New Jersey back in November 2009. She was thrilled with the customer service at this company. She told me that all her questions were answered promptly. When she finally placed her order she got confirmation and request for her exact measurements and the instructions to take the measurements were very helpful.
