Shipping cost to Serbia on this particular dress is US$110 plus the cost of the wedding dress.

I love the dress. I am wondering what type of fabic is running under the bustline and over the shoulder and is it easily removable by a taylor? What is the dress fabric?
Also, if the dress is custom made could you taylor it to remove the shoulder piece?
